Our client is looking for an IT Systems Administrator. In your new role you will be taking care of the day to day support issues, however you can look forward to many and varied projects such as global IT centralisation of services and implementing new solutions around Skype, MDM rollout, On prem and Azure AD, cloud migration etc. Experience & skills required:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk Role, plus a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Technical Specialist Role
- Experience in start-up, fast growing global environments
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills required for critical problems (level 1-3 support)
- Administrating Windows servers, Active Directory / Group Policy and Windows 10 desktop operating systems (Apple Macs desirable) managing MDM / WSUS patching and imaging
- Qualification in IT/Networking (Cisco)/Cloud Technologies or demonstrated experience in a similar role (Essential)
- Strong working experience of Cloud infrastructure (Azure – preferred)
- Microsoft Office 365 certified/qualified
- Working understanding of virtual infrastructure (Hyper-V) and ongoing maintenance
- Qualification in ITIL framework (ITIL Foundations+)
- Experience in SharePoint / OneDrive and in supporting SharePoint business application
- Working experience in administrating network devices including switches, routers and firewalls (Ubiquiti)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
