Our client is looking for an IT Team Leader. An urgent need exists for a highly experienced IT professional to join their team, providing leadership and guidance to other IT support staff and users. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing assistance with diverse software applications and hardware systems across the company
• Training new and existing staff on new and updated technologies
• Performing diverse technical assistance, documenting findings and carrying out maintenance
• Performing advanced technological systems support, maintenance and testing
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex system hardware, software, network and database failures and conflicts
• Leading the review, evaluation, recommendation and implementation of software and hardware solutions and network updates
• Act as lead on technology projects
• Oversee and perform installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, networks, workstations and other devices.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
