Our client is looking for an experienced IT Technician to hit the ground running! The successful candidate must be able to work independently, but also work closely with their peers. You must be confident in dealing directly with clients, managing expectations and advising on the best solution. You are natural problem solver and aren’t afraid to role your sleeves up and do what is required get the job done. As part of our team you will be responsible for all levels of client support – onsite, phone and remote.
Roles and responsibilities of the position include:
- Project work and system upgrades and implementations
- Hardware installation and troubleshooting.
- Help desk ticketing and timely resolution of requests
- Management and configuring Hosted PABX
- Communicating and liaising with clients
- Monitoring, managing, and maintaining Windows Servers and PC’s remotely and onsite
- Monitoring and managing onsite and remote backup solutions
- Maintaining client documentation.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
