Our client is looking for a Lead Product Manager. The Lead Product Manager develops the product strategy, drives the definition and the delivery of product releases and is responsible for the full life cycle of the product. She/he works closely with the go-to-market team to ensure the product roadmap can meet the requirements of the business plan and can be successfully rolled out. As appropriate, she/he will manage decisions on acquisition and partnership opportunities in support of the overall product strategy. This position involves close interaction with sales, marketing, development leads, product architects, and key customers. You are great at:
- Understanding the market and with a curiosity to seek new and better techniques for getting things done
- Bringing new ideas to the development teams and helping them understand the direction in which you wish to take the product
- Evangelization of your ideas and products and services to marketing and sales teams
- Working in an Agile manner and delivering consistent SaaS services with quality and performance
- Understanding the key competitors and how to win against them
- Discovering and validating market problems (both existing and future customers)
- SaaS Cloud and understanding what it takes to build SaaS products
- Conducting technology assessments
- Maintaining the product roadmap and represent it for the product internally and externally
- Monitoring and incorporating market and industry innovations
- Defining user and buyer personas for individual products
- Writing, reviewing and prioritizing product requirements and use cases
- Working closely with product development leaders to ensure product is built to specifications
- Working with product managers and architects to define the work required for each product feature and then to ensure each release cycle is appropriately managed.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
