Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager. You are responsible for the efficient development and delivery of effective business marketing initiatives and communications that align with the wider business’ plans. You are a customer advocate and are willing to get stuck in to deliver the best experiences for our business customers through a variety of channels including CRM. As a passionate B2B marketer, you’re able to simplify and communicate complex products and services. This is largely a product marketing role. What you will bring to the role:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing & communications within a large, complex organisation. B2B marketing experience preferred
- Ability to gather and translate relevant insights into consistent quality briefs for all activity, and ensuring on-brief, on-message and on time marketing deliverables
- Confident in writing and editing copy and developing targeted campaigns for specific product offerings, customer segments or industry groups
- Hands-on experience with the development, delivery and optimisation of marcomms activity including digital, social, ATL, collateral, frontline support, customer journey and life-cycle communications
- Experience in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, reporting on success metrics and ROI
- Experience working in data-rich sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, or service- based industries a plus
- The ability to use thinking skills to determine an appropriate course of action whether for the customer, staff member of the organisation
- Manage expectations and stakeholders to prioritise a complex workload often with conflicting demands and deadlines
- Willingness to flex between higher level planning and briefing, and day to day tactical delivery
- Agile working experience an advantage but not essential. Comfortable working within a product focused squad to ensure appropriate information is available to provide relevant messaging to customers.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
