Our client is looking for a Network Engineer. The Network Engineer will enjoy working in a business-casual, friendly environment that offers training and an excellent work life balance. This position reports to the Director of IT. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for assuring users are provided with efficient and timely supports on general office-based desktop/laptop, as well as general office networking, office software and hardware
• Act as the primary technical support for all helpdesk and critical IT network issues
• Provides professional and timely support for a wide range of IT equipment, software and server room systems and network devices
• Identify and implement solutions to resolve client’s issues and bring idea for improvement
• Proactively manage any planned changes, upgrades
• Ensure technology (WiFi, Laptop VPN , Phone system) are synced in and working fine
• Build and set up computer networks by physically installing, connecting and configuring equipment.

The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
