Our client is looking for a Product Manager. The key task of the role is to work with internal teams to ensure the money transfer customer experience is fully optimized to convert traffic at all stages of the conversion funnel. Your passion for an enriched customer experience and conversion rate optimization will drive product and user interface decisions across their Apps/Web. This role understands what it takes to convert a customer.
You will funnel optimization working with the Director of CRO, define a CRO roadmap based on business goals, CRO best practice, customer feedback, and analytics. You will be the owner of A/B growth / conversion funnel tests, which includes building test roadmaps, adept at listening to customers through VOC programs and identifying product enhancements to solve customer pain points, experience in vetting ideas, test prioritization, writing hypotheses and ensuring efficient execution of test plans that adhere to the proper methodology.
You will partner with Global and Regional Go to Market teams, UX and content teams to deliver key initiatives and tests, assess opportunities by identifying ROI and define key performance indicators, develops effective customer feedback loops, understands implications of feedback and translates that into better features and products, and use customer segmentation, market research, and first hand customer knowledge to refine plans, specifications, and designs for multiple feature areas/projects.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
