Our client is looking for a Project Manager. As a Project Manager in Supply Chain Optimization projects, you play a crucial part in successful software implementations of our truck routing solutions.
- You manage software implementation projects in large organizations, sometimes multiple at the same time
- You have great interpersonal skills and can deal with people from end-user up to executive level and you are good in building long term professional relationships
- You like and are good at leading an organization through a change
- You are a great leader for your project team
- You monitor project progress and deliverables and lead (steerco and project) meetings.
- You are managing the financial performance of the project(s) you are responsible for and deliver high-quality forecasts for the coming period
- You create SOWs and CRs according to corporate standards and lead the process to get them approved
- You are responsible for the resource management on your projects and you make sure you have the right people with the right skillsets on your project(s)
- You can maintain a great connection with corporate structures such as product management, global support and software development
- You are managing pro-actively, and escalate in time when needed
- You deliver projects within time, budget and with a happy customer.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
