Our client is seeking a Project Managerto provide leadership to business units, projects and contracts. And to promote collaboration in the achievement of high-quality and commercially viable services.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- managing assigned projects to ensure:
- clinical resources are available to support delivery personnel
- all clinical services are delivered in line with contractual and operational requirements
- compliance with all milestones and operational Key Performance Indicators
- collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the day-to-day delivery of the project are met
- identifying and minimising breach of contracts through proactive solution management and resolving issues as they arise
- providing regular and accurate contract updates and reports to the Operations Manager
- participating in the implementation, maintenance and promotion of quality management systems as required
- ensuring all obligations under Health, Safety and Environment are met and policies and procedures are adhered to
- ensuring all subordinate personnel are provided appropriate support, direction and leadership to produce optimum levels of performance
- achieving goals in line with corporate objectives
- meeting customer needs and works to exceed customer expectations
- completing ad hoc tasks as delegated by the Operations Manager.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
