Our client is looking for a Scrum Master. You will be working in a dynamic team environment to deliver innovative and high-quality software solutions across a range of different technologies and markets. You’ll have the opportunity to empower and coach a cross-functional team and influence strong agile practices throughout the organisation. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Leading the process of planning and executing solution delivery
- Promoting and guiding the use of the agreed agile frameworks and practices
- Assessing agile/scrum maturity of team/company and coaching to higher levels of maturity
- Promoting the technical practices that underpin an agile approach (Such as TDD, CI and automation)
- Championing the process of continuous learning and improvement
- Building an environment of openness, trust and respect where problems can be raised and solved
- Facilitating discussion, conflict resolution, decision making and progress
- Collaborating with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Participating in our agile community to socialise ideas and develop best practices.
The location of the role is in Christchurch.
