Our client is looking for a Scrum Master. You will be working in a dynamic team environment to deliver innovative and high-quality software solutions across a range of different technologies and markets. You’ll have the opportunity to empower and coach a cross-functional team and influence strong agile practices throughout the organisation. Some of the key responsibilities include:  

• Leading the process of planning and executing solution delivery 
• Promoting and guiding the use of the agreed agile frameworks and practices
• Assessing agile/scrum maturity of team/company and coaching to higher levels of maturity
• Promoting the technical practices that underpin an agile approach (Such as TDD, CI and automation)
• Championing the process of continuous learning and improvement
• Building an environment of openness, trust and respect where problems can be raised and solved
• Facilitating discussion, conflict resolution, decision making and progress
• Collaborating with stakeholders both internally and externally 
• Participating in our agile community to socialise ideas and develop best practices.

The location of the role is in Christchurch.
