Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their Planning Solutions team where you will work with their product development teams. Here you will be challenged and supported to do the best work of your life. They also set aside time for you to work on concepts that fall outside the scope of your day job.

They’ve been using SCRUM for many years. They are pretty good at the basics of agile software development, and we’re looking for a Scrum Master to work with the team to deliver outstanding solutions, to boost their performance and proficiency in agile development. Responsibilities:

• Work with business representatives, product managers and designers to ensure that requirements are clearly articulated for the development team
• Lead agile initiatives from conception through to successful delivery, leading and facilitating all Scrum events
• Work with teams to groom, estimate and prioritise their backlog
• Build a trusting and safe environment facilitating discussion, decision making, and problem resolution
• Facilitate continuous improvement in development practices, product features and technical quality 
• Provide coaching to the teams on agile practices, values and getting the most out of self-organisation 
• Produce and analyse metrics and commentary on the team’s progress.

The location of the role is in Palmerston North.
