Our client is looking for a Senior Advisor. Reporting into the Head of Business Improvement & Enterprise Change, you will be provide Human-Centred Design support and thought-leadership on business improvement initiatives, create learning material and resources, and provide coaching support to business units to grow human centred design capability. This role will also support the development, implementation and analysis of Human Centred Design measurement frameworks.
You will also bring a working knowledge of applying and implementing human-centred design methodologies, have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and you will take ownership of delivery outcomes. With a flexible, entrepreneurial mindset and passion for lean experimentation methods, you will be strong relationship builder and influencer. You could be someone early in their HCD career looking for their next opportunity.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
