Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. You will support the achievements of the organisation’s strategy by working with stakeholders, including customers and end users to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, and communicate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and systems. This will be done through managing and representing requirements through the delivery lifecycle to meet business needs. You will also facilitate communication between the stakeholder community and technology teams to ensure requirements are elaborated, validated, and understood. What you will bring to the role:
- Solid background in business analysis including requirements gathering & process mapping
- Agile mindset – adaptable to change, collaboration, maintains focus on continuous improvement, and continuous delivery of business and customer value
- Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
- Facilitation experience, including workshops, presentations and remote stakeholder engagement
- Proven success in the delivery of core system replacement programmes
- Previous exposure to change management across a large organisation
- Growth mindset to develop skills and knowledge that are both deep and broad to contribute to team delivery.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
