Our client is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead. As a delivery practitioner you are responsible for enabling a culture of delivery excellence and high-performance to deliver new and enhanced cloud and business transformational capabilities, operating and supporting these capabilities for their clients. Regardless of delivery methodology, you will have a mindset of delivering value early and frequently. You will be key to continuing their Delivery of Excellence for their clients and should be an experienced practitioner in agile principles and techniques, as well as traditional delivery methods to drive continuous delivery for their clients. Skills:

• Leading cross functional teams across an enterprise
• Bi-Model delivery experience with strong financial skills and a proven delivery track record at team and organisational level
• An exceptional active coach, leader and mentor with the experience and ability to support wider team members development, build a talent pipelines and ensure their wellbeing
• Be all about teamwork and collaboration over individual heroics
• You will welcome change over letting existing processes ride
• Lead through others versus driving change yourself and are not afraid to fail fast
• Build relationships instead of silos and believe in empowering and guiding others.

The location of the role is in Auckland.
