Our client is looking for a Senior Performance & Insights Analyst to be responsible for providing the central coordination point for enterprise customer and operational insights to enable quality decision making on organisational performance and customer outcomes. You will lead the design and delivery of an enterprise performance insights strategy for the organisation and establish and lead/coordinate a virtual ‘enterprise insights’ team comprising teams responsible for customer, operational and workforce reporting.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
