Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with a real passion for project delivery, asset advisory, cost management and achieving client outcomes. You will enjoy being a trusted advisor, where you will be respected by the many disciplines and professions we collaborate with on projects. You will have the ability to lead and manage projects, building credible relationships across designers, client, contractors and iwi partners, with the ability to guide, collaborate, influence and instigate project conversations to ensure delivery. You will know when to encourage, thank, support and challenge teams, including having courageous conversations when required.
You will be energetic and passionate with a bias for action, known for working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to make things happen. You will enjoy building relationships and understand key project requirements, leading people and commercial judgement. You will have current leadership capabilities with a major project delivery and professional services background with diverse business experience. Like us, you will also enjoy working with clients across a range of complex problems to turn ideas into reality, displaying both a creative and logical mindset.

The location of the role is in Wellington.
