Our client is looking for a Service Desk Agent. The ideal candidate will have an engaging friendly personality together with a very successful background providing outstanding 1st and 2nd level of Application Support and IT Desktop Services. To be considered for this position, you’ll need the following:
- Experience in application support through phone and intercom
- Ideally three to five years’ experience in the operation and deployment of ICT and Application support services
- Competency across a variety of computer platforms including Microsoft OS, Apple OS and Office 365
- Experience and confidence in using remote support tools and engaging in face to face user interactions
- Excellent team worker who supports and mentor others
- ITIL framework knowledge
- The skills to prioritise and manage your workload with the use of job tracking software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to liaise effortlessly at all levels.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
