Your remit includes assessment of the Financial and Strategic attractiveness of identified growth opportunities, provide insights on business drivers and present recommendations that drive EBIT improvement to the Australian Leadership Team. Each project operates within 3-month sprints, which provides you with a breadth of critical experiences and variety across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Extracting patterns & insights from complex data sets
• Apply analytical thinking and commercial acumen in solving real life business problems
• Autonomous leadership of projects from end-to-end
• Work alongside the PMO, who will support you in the development of the project scope, objectives, approach, timeline and governance with cross functional teams
• Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change through storytelling and narratives
• Apply financial modelling to problem solve key business questions
• Coaching junior team member(s)
• Structure problems and defining the plans of action to solve them, injecting strategic and innovative thinking to enhance business profitability.

The location of the role is in Sydney.
