Our client is looking for a Strategy Leadto play a large role in shaping the growth and development of the business. The right candidate is an important cross functional partner to the many teams that are critical to successful execution of the Strategy, including Ops, Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Comms.
You are a competent, decisive and optimistic leader that can rally many teams and stakeholders to achieve a shared vision and contribute strongly as a member of the leadership team. You will work directly with the founders of the business while holding an important position of horizontal leadership and influence within the organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Ensuring that the business has a robust, customer-led strategic plan
- Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop the strategy and deploy targeted initiatives to quickly scale the business in the APAC region
- Structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them
- Managing standalone strategic projects to support the growth and operational efficiency
- Extracting insights from complex analysis – dive deep into the numbers and make data-driven decisions to improve process
- Injecting strategic and innovative thinking into the issues that the business faces – includes problem solving, benchmarking of organisations, markets and industry trends.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
