Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst. The Technical Business Analyst role will not only support and improve the existing technology stack but lead new business-critical projects across our core retail group and will see you working with stakeholders across supply chain, warehouse, planning, operations and a significant focus on supporting and improving existing technology and applications.
- Contribute to technical changes and configuration of the platform
- Collaborate with technology partners to support, plan and deliver enhancements to the platform
- Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business, stakeholder and solution requirements
- Providing application/integration support and escalating issues where appropriate
- Documenting designs to a level sufficient for future maintenance or support
- Undertake gap analysis and provide recommendations for the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business operations
- Research and recommend best practices for business processes and application of technology
- Deliver clear and persuasive presentations of findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
- Provide advice on technical issues to non-technical audiences using common language
- Work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing IT solutions.
The location of the role is in Sydney.
