Our client is looking for a Technical Business Analyst. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of features as prioritised by stakeholders, through understanding and articulating business value, supporting scrum teams with planning increments of work and ensuring requirements are understood.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Complete business analysis from discovery through to delivery phases in an agile environment
- Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts, specifically in skills and techniques that support agile working practices
- Work closely with Product Owner, Project Managers and Scrum Teams
- Work as part of a Scrum Team to deliver prioritised work
- Illicit requirements and business value from stakeholders
- Facilitate story mapping and estimation workshops
- Support Scrum Team with the breakdown of work and creation of backlogs, as well as with refinement of stories
- Support team with Agile delivery practices and ensure that work is planned accordingly
- Contribute to community of practices.
The location of the role is in Wellington.
