Our client is looking for a Technical Product owner.
- Support business management in the business and digital transformation to design and build the next generation ERP leveraging the SAP S/4 technology
- Define and develop core business capabilities and technologies leveraging best practices, while understanding the translation from the legacy to the new technology
- Develop test scenarios and perform validation and testing of models to ensure business needs are met and reformulate models as necessary
- Guarantee that deployed core solution fits with business needs and drives standardized, modern processes that result in efficiency improvements to deliver value
- Identify best appropriate core system processes to support and improve local domain efficiency
- Collaborate with senior managers and decision makers to deliver an effective business system solution to meet internal and external customer needs for Enterprise Resource Planning deployments in the supply chain domain
- Escalate critical issues regarding incompatibility of core and local process
- In case of legacy in project scope, drive interface, data conversion and migration within assigned domain. Contribute to integration between domains of the deployed solution
- Optimize benefits expected from core process implementation
- In coordination with change management, serve as key change agent in assigned domains as well as the ability to train end users and trouble shoot issues after the g-lives
- Support business transformation and project deployment as business expert
- Align Local Business with Core Processes and Solutions
- Define new local process and data matching with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) process
- Identify, validate, and arbitrate the gap of the local process with local team and competence center directions
- Prepare management reports evaluating problems and identifying solutions
- Review information about alternative courses of action to analyze which plan is most ideal
- Define data requirements, gather data, and validate data obtained, applying judgment and statistical tests. Analyze data provided from management to conceptualize and define operational problems
- Observe the current system in operation and obtain information about each component
- Define detailed SAP job roles matrix with local management
- Ability to work within the Scaled Agile Framework across multiple release trains
- Up to 30% Domestic and International Travel to other Schneider offices. Telecommuting permitted.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
