Our client is looking for a Technical Specialist. In this role you will be providing level 2/3 support to their clients, and continuously improve the portfolio of applications and interfaces. You will have the ability to work in complex projects and environments, with the skill to capture requirements and translate them into high performing solutions. Key skills required:
- Experience in a Service Provider and or an enterprise environment dealing directly with providing Desktop Support
- Experience (2 years) in Service Desk and experience (1+ years) in providing complex Desktop support services
- Ability and commitment to acquire appropriate new technical skills / knowledge / experience across all Infrastructures relevant to the position / area of support
- An appropriate Tertiary qualification in ICT and relevant technology industry qualifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or working towards completing an industry qualification
- Solid experience in imaging 10
- Experience in Image deployment, software deployment, patching using SCCM or Intune
- Experience in managing Active Directory, MS Exchange and O365.
The location of the role is in Wellington.
