Our client is looking for a Technology Director. You will be responsible for the overall planning, organizing and execution of the information technology and digital transformation which includes directing digital technology, digital platform operations, ensuring internal/external customer requirements are met, directing the support and maintenance of existing systems and applications as well as the development of new technical solutions.
- Define overall enterprise-wide digital technologies and automation strategy and framework
- Proactively evaluate and advise on emerging technologies and products in the digital space that is most relevant to support company’s future needs
- Drive digitalization, platforms and automation adoption, align and scale technology deployment practices across the organization to achieve optimal productivity
- Researches, synthesizes and develops perspectives and recommendations on critical business risks and opportunities using both internal and external sources of information related to digital transformation activity
- Analyze complex business needs presented by the user community and/or clients and recommends technical solutions
- Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures and managing solutions
- Identify and determine system needs by identifying hardware/software purchases, direct implementation and ensure the business objective is accomplished
- Identify emerging information technologies and analyze them for potential integration within the organization
- Provide leadership and direction in policy and procedure development, enhancement and implementation
- Develop and maintain partnerships throughout the organization in order to attain departmental goals and objectives
- Ensure work performance is in compliance with company standards. Partner with business and IT leadership to develop IT strategy, direction and prioritization of key initiatives and projects.
The location of the role is in Fort Worth.
