- An experienced practitioner with solid experience delivering products and services across multiple customer experiences, using a wide range of UX tools
- A creative thinker with a passion to understand true customer motivation & behaviour and be able to translate them into fantastic experiences
- Someone who collaborate easily with others, closely working with multi-functional teams, wider stakeholders & design partners, as well as the Design Practice
- Adept at combining customer empathy, design principles, and design execution processes to deliver simple and easy customer solutions
- A UX design evangelist and a trusted advisor in squads & tribes, who can influence decisions, coach, and empower others with customer focused design thinking.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
