Our client is looking for a Workforce Systems Consultant. Within this role, you will support analysis and implementation of periodic upgrades, patches, testing, ensuring data integrity and above all enabling the continuous evolution of P&C processes within the organisation through technology. You will be responsible for systems administration, establishing governance processes, collaboration with ICT and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective upkeep of the HR solutions in terms of design and build.
It is essential that you have at least 5+ years of experience as an HR systems analyst or System Consultant, along with a strong knowledge of HR business processes and information reporting. You have worked with HR Business Systems in a support and project capacity helping drive efficiency and business improvement. Your experience in the implementation and use of SAP Success Factors Employee Central is paramount. On top of this, your expertise in other Success factors modules such as Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, and/or Learning is an added advantage.
With strong critical thinking ability and natural inquisitiveness, you’ll be able to use your researching skills to seek new ways of doing things, challenge and question thinking and trial solutions to find the best outcome to implement. Overall, you need to be very digitally savvy, understand the power of building strong relationships and love continuous improvement.
The location of the role is in Auckland.
